Foreign Investment Law 118

The purpose of this Act is to establish the legal framework for foreign investments in the national territory of the Republic of Cuba based on the respect for the law, the sovereignty and independence of the Cuban nation and mutual benefit, to contribute to the country’s economic development in the interest of a prosperous and sustainable socialist society.
